The Beginning

From Italy to the Arctic

Casa Inferno was born from a love for Italy, for quality food, and for Tromsø, with the dream of bringing authentic Italian cuisine to the Arctic.

The concept

What do we do

We make food we want to eat. Simple, with ingredients we trust, and techniques we believe in. Our ingredients are fresh and imported from Italy every week, the dough is left to rest for 36 hours and the wood-burning stove remains the heart of our kitchen.
